Two attic floors have been transformed into penthouses with a large terrace and one mezzanine floor has been completely renovated. Nice detail, all three houses are gas-free and are heated by means of an air-water heat pump!

We have had the opportunity to renovate a complete building and create 4 "new" apartments. A nice project where we were strongly challenged, because it concerns small living areas in which all facilities must be incorporated. Not only that, the building is delivered completely without gas (eco). We have accepted the challenge and made some people very happy with their new luxury home!
