Every apartment is judged critically before it's rent out, we'll make a decision whether to renovate it or not, if that's the case, we renovate to a higher segment. Over the years, we have increasingly focused on sustainability. For example, with every new renovation a house is very well insulated, the latest insulating glass is installed and (if possible) gas-fired central heating boilers are exchanged for heat pumps. In doing so, we contribute to the energy transition.

We will completely renovate 3 apartments and an attic will be transformed into a home with a terrace and extension on the roof, all in one building in Amsterdam East . Our goal is once again to increase sustainability, all four homes will be gas-free, so space must be made in each home for a heat pump, the facades and the roof will be extra insulated and even the current insulated glass will be replaced for a new and better version. At the drawing board, we are still puzzling over the best layout and finish for the homes, but they will be delivered as you are used to from us. We will keep you informed!

The Rivierenbuurt, a spacious and friendly living environment where peace and cosiness combine beautifully. We have completed three major renovations in this neighborhood. Two attic floors have been transformed into penthouses with a large terrace and one mezzanine floor has been completely renovated. Nice detail, all three houses are gas-free and are heated by means of an air-water heat pump!

We have had the opportunity to renovate a complete building and create 4 "new" apartments. A nice project where we were strongly challenged, because it concerns small living areas in which all facilities must be incorporated. Not only that, the building is delivered completely without gas (eco). We have accepted the challenge and made some people very happy with their new luxury home!
